Na terceira fase da Formação "Como se Produz Vinho de Talha" os participantes vão aprender a fazer a moagem da uva de forma artesanal. Acabadas de vindimar, e já recebidas na adega, está então na hora de começar o desengace e esmagamento. Nesta fase do processo será utilizado um moinho manual para fazer a moagem, e posteriormente um caneco para transportar o mosto (uva moida) para dentro das talhas. Esta é uma atividade que requer alguma força física!
