White Premium Talha
Made from the Antão Vaz, Arinto, Perrum, and Diagalves grape varieties in August/September, this wine is left in contact with the wine lees inside the talha until December, remaining in contact with the clay for a total of 4 months.
Although they are often made from the same grapes, talha wines are unique in that they are all different from one another due to the distinctive character that each talha imparts. “ Talha Premium White ” is a singular wine because it comes from what is considered the best white wine talha of the year. It is therefore a unique, numbered batch, with production limited to the capacity of the selected talha. It is produced every year as both a white and a red wine.
