O fato das uvas serem colhidas mais cedo e o vinho estar menos tempo em contato com as massas vínicas, faz com que este seja um Vinho de Talha com um caráter jovem, aromático e com muitas notas de fruta fresca.

It is bottled by hand, without the use of filters and with very low levels of sulfites, and is therefore recommended to be consumed within two years of bottling. Produced every year as red, white, and "palheto."
