Produced from the Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Viosinho grape varieties harvested in August and bottled as early as November 11 of the same year, "Vinum Novum Branco" is a wine that has spent only 3 months in contact with the wine lees. The fact that the grapes are harvested earlier and the wine spends less time in contact with the grape pomace gives this " Amphora Wine " a youthful, aromatic character with abundant notes of fresh fruit.

It is bottled by hand, without the use of filters and with very low levels of sulfites, and is therefore recommended to be consumed within two years of bottling. Produced every year as red, white, and "palheto."
