Made from Alfrocheiro, Aragonez, Trincadeira, and Alicante Bouschet grapes in August/September, this wine is left in contact with the wine lees inside the clay jar until December, remaining in contact with the clay for a total of 4 months.

Although they are often made from the same grapes, wines aged in clay jars are unique in that each one is different from the others due to the distinctive character that each jar imparts. “ Talha Premium Red ” is a singular wine because it comes from what is considered the best red wine clay jar of the year. It is therefore a unique, numbered batch, with production limited to the capacity of the selected clay jar. It is produced every year as both a white and a red wine.
