In stage 2 of the Training "How to produce Amphora Wine " you will have the opportunity to experience one of the most important stages of wine production. The most experienced guardians of knowledge, many of them producers Amphora Wine for over 50 years, say that in order to produce a good Amphora Wine you only need good grapes and immaculate hygiene. In this training you will be challenged to go inside an Amphora and help the staff to clean it.

It includes:
  • Theoretical training on how to use the utensils
  • All the material necessary to carry out the activity
